Enjoy learning the tasty science of baking! Spend a winter Saturday up to your elbows in flour as you learn to make pizza dough, bake bread all the way from grinding the wheat berries to slicing the freshly baked loaf, and make other baked goods from scratch. Learn about whole grains, gluten-free options, and helpful kitchen appliances.Best of all, you will get to eat what you make! 

Cost is $10 per adult and $15 for an adult/child pair. Registration fee must be paid at the door.

Children must be 8 or older. There must be an adult with each child that attends (there can’t be multiple children with one adult).
